Our products are created through the print-on-demand service, which allows us to produce unique items for each customer. 1. Order Issues and Defects
If your order arrives with a defect, printing error, or any damage incurred during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We’ll work with you to assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.
To report an issue, please include the following in your email to homedecorwoven@gmail.com:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect or damage (required for verification)
Once verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund promptly.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size or color selection (please verify size and design details carefully before placing your order)
Each item is produced specifically for you, so returns for non-defective products are not possible.
3. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements will be issued only in cases where:
- The product arrives damaged or broken due to shipping.
- There is a printing error (such as a misprint or incorrect design application).
- Manufacturing defects are present (such as incorrect materials or significant differences from the product description).
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders generally go into production immediately, especially during regular business hours, so cancellations are rarely possible. However, if you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@wovenhomedecor.com We will check the status of your order and let you know if it is still eligible for cancellation.
If production has already begun, cancellation will not be available, and the order will proceed as scheduled.
5. Return Shipping
In cases where a return is authorized, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
If the return is due to a defect or error on our end, we will cover the return shipping cost. For any other reason, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for assistance.
