We offer home goods, including woven blankets, made to order using specialized weaving machines. Production begins upon receiving the order and typically takes 1 to 2 days. Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer (intermediary) to the customer.


3. Payment Methods and Shipping

Purchases are made via the shopping cart on the website. We accept payment through PayPal and credit cards.

Shipping times vary depending on the location of the customer:

  • USA: 2-5 business days (Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated US territories may take an additional 7-12 business days).
  • Canada: 5-15 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 10-30 business days.

4. Return and Cancellation Policy

We create unique, made-to-order products, as each item is produced individually using woven tapestry machines. Therefore, returns or exchanges are only possible in the event of defects or errors on our part.

If your order arrives with defects, errors in production, or damage during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size or color selection (please verify size and design carefully before placing your order).
